Tim Salmonson cares deeply about people and the planet. He is a social economist, helping organizations get clear about their noble purpose and engage with their ideal audience.
He has developed strategies that employ social economics as a way of attracting and retaining the best talent, building healthy corporate culture, increasing brand loyalty and profitability all while making the world a better place.
In 2004, he founded a non-profit organization mobilizing volunteers to serve in under-resourced communities around the world. He has traveled to over 30 countries working with many different development agencies and hundreds of volunteers, engaging and serving alongside local leadership and community members to bring help and hope to hurting people.
In 2011 he founded what has now become Social Economic Enterprises, an organization that marries his passion for social justice and his desire to see businesses around the world become agents of social and environmental impact and transformation.
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Western Michigan University and a Master's Degree (MA) in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University, St. Davids, PA. His experience and passion culminate around the areas of team building, team leading, creative problem solving, strategic planning and community development.
